Using state of the art technology in our workshop we are able to inspect all parts with precision. We maintain a traceability database for every component. Our roller refurbishment includes replacing bearings and shells.

Which pellet presses do you offer service and spare parts for?

We specialize in CPM models 7930-4, 7932-5 and 7932-9 as well as presses from Salmatec and Promill. We are happy to check parts for other models and manufacturers upon request.

What does a roller overhaul include?
Our roller overhaul includes the replacement of bearings and roller shells, engraving and 3D measurement for complete traceability, as well as final lubrication with 40-minute rotation. Each component is documented in our database.
How quickly are spare parts available?
From Eupen, we serve customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg and France – on request also throughout Europe.
How do I request a cost estimate for dies or rollers?
Via our quotation forms: enter the dimensions – the technical drawing shows you which dimension is meant in each case – and submit. We will get back to you with your quote.
